Our pricing models are based off size and the pricing specifics for this can be found in the pricing section of this FAQ. We can give you a verbal, general estimate but the the price may be different once we understand more about the space and what is needed for your project. The only way to get a final estimate for your services is by scheduling an initial consultation appointment.

Design Services

Can you create/design a sofa with unique dimensions and my choice of fabric AND have it fabricated/shipped to me? . . .

Yes.

We can design any size or configuration of a sofa or sectional. We can customize any detail including cushion size, depth, fabric color or type (we have access to 1000s), configuration, positioning side of the chase lounge, and anything else that you can think of. The price is not necessarily higher than in stores, but the shipping takes a few weeks longer. On average the shipping is 4 to 6 weeks as opposed to 1 to 3 weeks for most stores.

Can you create/design a unique piece of furniture for me, like a live-edge table? . . .

Yes. Show us examples of anything that you would like to be custom design and fabricated for you and we can build it out in the computer through 3-D renderings and get a quote on it for custom fabrication and delivery.

Can you custom design home decorations for me? . . .

Yes. We can design hundreds of different types of home decorations and products for your design - including artwork, pillows, serving trays, custom neon sign lights, Event Products, Stationary and more. you can see examples of some of the products that we can design for you by clicking "shop our collection" in the main menu.

Do you assist with Home renovation? . . .

Yes.

Do you assist with the purchasing portion of a e-Design interior design project? . . .

We suggest anywhere from 2 to 10 different options of each item needed for the project. this is presented as a shopping list and it's an additional upgrade for the E Design service. For every 10 items (not including the items options) is $199. For example: if your shopping list included 10 items like a sofa, a coffee table, etc. you would receive 2 to 10 different options of each of those 10 items.

Do you assist with the renovation of kitchens or bathrooms? . . .

Yes.

Do you complete the final stylization and decoration/set up once the deliveries and purchases arrive, or the renovations are completed? . . .

Yes.

Do you design boutique hotels or short term rentals, investment properties, vacation or Air B&B type units? . . .

Flat rate. The rate is based by the size of the area. each service has a different price for small rooms and standard size rooms.

Do you provide art direction or visual merchandising services? . . .

Yes.

What additional services do you offer for commercial spaces? . . .

We can design printable product creation such as restaurant menus and hotel guest books as well as create business cards, flyers, banners, and even assist with video editing for your website's promotional material.

What is the same day refreshment service? . . .

If you just need a little sprucing up and don't quite need an entire service, than our same refreshment services might be for you.

Just like with all our other services - it starts out with an initial consultation appointment. If your initial consultation appointment of choice is our: "on-location in miami", then your initial consult and your service would be completed on the same day. This service is for people who just need "refreshing" through small changes that could be done on the same day such as accent pillows and lighting. The service is charged a a full day rate of $975. You give us the budget and we go to a local HomeGoods store and get everything for you and set it all up. With this service you enjoy instant, same-day results!

What types of additional products do you design or offer for sale? . . .

Our home collection includes:

Artwork, custom neon signs, digital products and e-books, home accessories and decorations, magnets, notepads, notebooks, planners, thank you cards, invitations and stationary, accent pillows and throw blankets, serving trays, smart home technology, vinyl stickers, marquee lights, party and event supplies, gift bags, party favors, bar/serve/drinkware, gifts, beach accessories, wall clocks, travel accessories, towels, bedding and more!

What types of additional products do you offer for commercial spaces? . . .

We offer design for custom guest books, business cards, menus and more. The graphic design, printing and shipping ars included. We can implement your logo, fonts, specific hex color codes and more to make it unique for your brand.

What types of custom home decorations can you create for me? . . .

We can pretty much create anything you can think of. If you have something specific that you'd like to make whether it's a product or something custom please contact us.

What types of interior design services do you offer? . . .

Initial Consultation Appointments

How are the fees from initial consultation appointments used? . . .

As a deposit towards your future services.

Can I refund an initial consultation appointment after it’s already taken place? . . .

No.

During an on-location initial consultation appointment.. are the measurements recorded? . . .

Yes.

If you do not have a copy of your floor plan and you need us to take measurements for you please let us know ahead of our scheduled appointment time. This is to ensure that we bring our laser measure tool as opposed to our tape measure tool for doing large areas such as for floor plan measurements. If we are not notified ahead of your on-site initial consultation appointment, or our design team didn't bring a laser measure, you will have to reschedule a measurement appointment at the same rate of an on-site initial consult. this fee is also available to be refunded/credited towards your future design services, should you move forward with us.

How much of my fees paid towards my initial consultation appointment are credited towards my future design services? . . .

If you schedule an on-site initial consultation appointment, you can refund the entire payment of $375 towards a full-service interior design project.

If you schedule an on-site initial consultation appointment, you can refund $75 off all other additional services besides hourly.

If you schedule a virtual initial consultation appointment, you can refund the full $75 off all other additional services besides hourly.

How much do initial consultation Appointments cost? . . .

Virtual consultations cost $75.

Is the time and date I select for my scheduled discovery phone calls or initial consultations guaranteed? . . .

No.

Our schedule is very busy and changes all the time. In order for us to better organize our schedule and focus our attention on our clients and their projects first, We cannot guarantee that we will be available during your requested date and time, however we will do our best to be available as close to your requested time and date as possible. We will notify you on the same day of your scheduled call to let you know if we can make it at that time or if we need to reschedule for a different time that day.

What do you mean by risk-free initial consultations? . . .

It's risk-free because you can cancel 24 hours or before your scheduled appointment for a full refund. Canceling your appointment is easy, simply click on the cancel button and your confirmation email to process your refund and cancel your appointment.

What does the on-site initial consultation appointment include? . . .

During the on-site initial consultation we will guide you through our design style analysis survey, take measurements if needed, answer any questions you may have about your project and allow you to take us on a tour of your home while we take notes and photographs.

What if I need to cancel my initial consultation appointment? . . .

You can cancel your initial in-home consultation 24 hours or before your scheduled appointment time by simply clicking the cancel button in your confirmation email to process your refund and cancel your appointment.

 New Clients / What to Do After Scheduling Your Initial Consultation

How do I access my new client homepage? . . .

After scheduling your initial consultation appointment, you will receive the link to your new client homepage in your confirmation email.

You can find the link for your new client homepage after checking out/processing your payment/scheduling your initial consultation. It will be sent within your confirmation email.

How do I provide my measurements to AID? . . .

We suggest clients use the easy, FREE, EASY TO USE smartphone and tablet app called "CamToPlan".

It uses your smart phone's camera/augmented reality to easily take floorplans and as well allows you to see if each room as in PDF or PNG image to provide to us easily take floorplans and as well allows you to see each room as in PDF or PNG image to provide to us. It allows you to measure a room within seconds.

Besides that, the only other way would be to sketch by hand and photograph it for us or by uploading your hand sketched measuremsente into a software program such as SketchUp and sent us the finished file image in .JPG, .PNG or .PDF format.

How do I provide the photos and videos AID needs? . . .

On the new client homepage it details a list of all the things that we need to get started on your project or that we need you to fill out.

Documents that we need from you include: floor plan measurements, photographs of all walls and all directions, video filmed in a 360 direction showing from the floor to the ceiling, completed design analysis survey, completed interior design style survey, completed and signed the contract and the answers to a few basic design question. How soon after I fill out my required documents on the New client homepage will the design team contact me? . . .

Within 1 to 2 business days of receiving all of the required documents, floorplan measurements, photos and video, signed eContracts, and answers to our design survey questions.

I have paid for my initial consultation appointment. Now what? . . .

Please fill out the required survey questions ans upload the required documents on the new client homepage to get started.

What are the documents listed on the new client page that I need to fill out or have prepared for your design team to begin? . . .

Documents that we need from you include:

What is the required way to provide photos, video and measurments to AID? . . .

Photographs must be taken of all walls, going in a clockwise direction, showing all sites (north, south, east and west) and showing from the ceiling to the floor.

A video must be filmed in a 360 direction going clockwise. it must connect at the end to wherever you started the filming so we can get a full scope of the room, and must show from the ceiling to the floor.

It's the page that details all the things that we need from you and how we need you to provide them. It's also where you fill out your most important initial information about your preferences and your project.

Once you become a client, you will be provided a password secured client homepage. On secured client homepages you see a link to your secure customer payment portal. This is where clients can pay invoices, view estimates, keep track of all former payments and view/print or download receipts.

Why have I not heard from the design team yet? . . .

Probably because you haven't filled out all of the required documents on the new client homepage.

Once we receive all of the required documents and answers to the questions we need you'll hear from us within 1 to 2 business days.

Service: 3D Computer Renderings (Only)

Are you a 3D computer renderings to-scale measurement wise? . . .

Yes, if the measurements are provided by the client or documented by the designer.

Are your 3D computer Renderings Architectural or conceptual? . . .

Conceptual. Conceptual interior design drawings may or may not be to scale depending on if the measurements are provided by the client or were taken by the design. Conceptual interior design drawings are showing you a hyper realistic, 4K resolution digital drawing of the artists representation of what the design concept and final reault should be.

They are not meant to be used as plans for architectural construction such as relocating plumbing, electrical or ceiling plans.

Can I adjust the temperature or strength of interior light sources on 3-D computer Renderings? . . .

Yes. We can show you ranges from 1-300 WATTS and in both warm-white (warm) and bright white (cool) lighting temps.

We show the room with various different levels of appropriate interior light sources, based on the project during the "nighttime view" images.

You may specify custom lighting strength and temperature combinations. For instance, you may want 5 of your renderings to be shot in "20 Watt/Warm-White" (dim) lighting.

Can I implement my own textures, finishes, swatches, artwork, etc.. into my 3D computer renderings to make it even more realistic? . . .

Yes, simply email us the image files or the product links online.

Can I see an example of a 3-D rendering video? . . .

Yes.

e-Design / Virtual interior design clients do not receieve 3D renderings as part of the results of their service.

Do virtual interior design clients receive 3-D computer Renderings? . . .

Do your 3-D renderings show a nighttime setting using interior light sources? . . .

Yes.

Typically all the renderings we provide will be shot in daytime settings because they tend to be better quality (because there is more light).

Do you provide copies of the finished 3-D computer Renderings or 3-D videos? . . .

Yes. You will receive a series of 4K quality drafts - and from there we fine-tune the design until it's perfect. Once your final draft (aka: It's perfect!) is approved you'll receive 30 high-res 4K 3D Computer Rendering Images in a .PDF file type and 1 video in a .MOV file type.)

How do clients who booked a virtual consultation (as opposed to an on-site consultaiton) provide their area meausrements to AID for 3D computer Rendering Services . . .

We can't take the meausrements if we're not there!

If you choose a virtual initial consultation, we need you to provide your area measurements yourself.

Instructions on easy ways to do this and examples of how we need them are detailed within the "New Client Homepage".

How are the final 3D computer Renderings delivered to me? . . .

As a .PDF file that includes 30, high-res, 4K ultra realistic quality images and 1 video file sent additionally via e-mail as a .MOV file type. It can be opened on all computers and devices.

How are the results from the 3-D computer Renderings provided? . . .

How do you present purchase options for me, like couches and coffee tables as a 3D only client? . . .

There is no purchasing or sourcing included wirh 3D renderings only services. However we will be able to tell you (and show you, obviosuly) based on the renderings what would look best in the space and can even provide you with the dimensions (if rendering is to-scale, measurement wise) of the items and furniture to help you better when you start your shopping.

How do you show me paint colors that you are suggesting for my walls as a 3D only client? . . .

You can edit revisions as many times as you need.

How many photographs and videos come included in the final presentation? . . .

30 4K, ultra high-def computer rendering images. Shot from a 1st-person point of view, unless specified otherwise.

How realistic are 3-D computer Renderings? . . .

There is little difference between one of our 3-D computer Renderings and an actual picture. It's hard to tell them apart!

We can include real life swatches, samples, paint colors, fabrics, flooring, art work, etc.. to bring your renderings even closer to real life and to better help you envision the final result.

I like the design you created. Can you make it come to life? . . .

If you live in the Miami area and want to upgrade your 3D Renderings only service to a full service interior design project, you would just pay the difference in the pricing costs.

For instance, if 3D renderings only for 1 standard sized area cost $975, and full service interior design for the same sized area cost $1475 - you would pay the difference to bump your service up! (In this example the difference would be $500.)

I live in the Miami area and I would like to do 3-D computer Renderings only. However I would like the design team to get a personal feel of the space before they begin. Can I purchase an on-site initial consultation appointment if I plan to do 3-D computer Renderings only? . . .

Yes.

If I choose the 3-D computer Rendering Services ONLY how many revisions can I make to the renderings? . . .

As long as they are slight adjustments to the design we've been building - there is no limit to the revisions. Please allow 2-3 businessd days, per revison.

However, building/constructing an entirely new design concept for a space is not included as a revision. It would be priced at 50% of originally paid.

For instance, if you paid x amount for your renderings, but want to scrap what we've been working on and start over, we would only be charging you for half since we've already built out the framework and structure of the space.

If I have a 1000 square-foot space how much would it cost to complete a 3-D only project? . . .

Small sized areas less than 250sq ft are priced at.

Standard sized rooms between 251-500sq ft are priced at.

What if I live outside of the south Florida area, can I purchase 3D computer Renderings only? . . .

Yes.

You would schedule a virtual initial consultation to get started.

What if I want the designer to see the space first but I’d rather do virtual or 3-D only design, is that possible? . . .

Yes.

You can schdule an on-site initial consultation and elect for a e-Design or 3D Rederings only service.

What if I want to cancel a 3-D only design service before the sourcing/purchasing/ordering phase of my project? . . .

We do not offer refunds on the first design deposit of 60%, due at the start of the project.

If you wish to cancel, we would simply not move onto the next phase (sourcing purchases, placing orders, scheduling deliveries and final stylization/decoration) and cancel out your upcoming 40% deposit that is due at the time of your first purchase order.

What is the environment shown outside the windows on 3D computer Renderings? . . .

Skyline (Day & Night), Waterfront, Lake, Green Pastures, Rolling Hills, Sunset on the Ocean, Backyard with Lush Green Trees, Blue Screen (for editing purposes only, think - a green screen for graphic designers.)

Let us know what's really outside your windows (if we can't already tell from your provided images) so we can match the outside environment to make your images feel even more realistic.

If a client booked a virtual intitial consultation at the start of their project - the instructions on how to take and provide AID your project measurements will be included on the "New Client Homepage".

How do you present purchase options for me, such as couches or coffee tables, as an e-Design / virtual interior design client? . . .

In a Wayfair saved product list. The interior design VisionPoint provided also show the real items that were suggesting on the shopping list if you upgraded to including a shopping list. if not, the interior design vision board simply show an example of what we are suggesting.

For example: if your project calls for a blue sofa but you didn't choose a real purchasable shopping list then your vision board would include a similar blue sofa in regards to what our vision is. If you purchased a real shopping list then we would include 2 to 10 or more options of a blue sofa for you to purchase and as well we would show stock photography from the real items on your shopping list in your vision boards so you can see how the real purchases look against each other if you were to purchase all of theif you purchased a real shopping list then we would include 2 to 10 or more options of a blue sofa for you to purchase and as well we would show stock photography from the real items on your shopping list in your vision boards so you can see how the real purchases look against each other if you were to purchase thr items we are suggesting on your shopping list as one collective, grouped order.

You will see anywhere from 2-10 options or more of each item. This service is priced and bundled in gropups if 10 items ($199/Options of 10 Items).

The client then can either order directly from the Wayfair list or let us know their final selections and we provide a link with a tracking code for them to order from.

Ordering through these tracked links is recommended in the event that there is a problem with your order your order will be associated with our trade business account and if it's possible we can try pulling some strings, if needed, to help you with a damaged or late order for instance.

How do you show me paint colors that you are suggesting for my walls as a e-Design / virtual interior design client? . . .

Since virtual interior design services do not include 3-D renderings to allow us to show you what the paint color will actually look like on the wall, we send you a PDF presentation with multiple different swatches, color codes and finish types for your consideration.

How long does it take to complete a e-Design / virtual interior design project? . . .

1-3 months.

How many changes can I meet you to my shopping list as a e-Design / virtual Interior or Design Client? . . .

Shopping list are presented as multiple options of 10 specific items and they are paid for as single services, which means the time for editing is not included.

To receive a new list of options for 10 specific items you would have to re-purchase the individual service.

The only sourcing of purchase included with virtual interior design is a Wayfair list in the form of a shopping list (read more above).

If you have an order higher than $15,000 you may qualify for a group delivery possible white glove installation and packaging removal. for projects ordering lots of items this may be a godsend since everything will arrive around the same time as opposed to a ton of different packages randomly for a period of time as well may be able to be taken off the truck and installed for you.


If I am a e-Design / virtual interior design client in the Miami area and I need your assistance for any reason throughout their design process can I hire you on an hourly basis? . . .

Yes.

Many Virtual Interior Design Clients in the Miami area choose our services as opposed to other larger online interior design companies due to the fact that we can be there at a moments notice if needed as well (as get an in-personal sneak peek through an initial on-site consultation appointment in the beginning of your service).

For instance: let's say you are overwhelmed at the number of packages or the installation of basic furniture and decoration orders and need assistance you can hire us at an hourly rate.

If I have a 1000 square-foot space how much would it cost to complete a virtual interior design project? . . .

The price per area is under 250 ft.² is $775. The price per area between 251 and 500 ft.² is $925.

AID cannot guarantee assistance with orders purchased by the client themselves.

However when purchasing items that age suggests from your e-Design ahopping list - we recommend requesting generated links with the tracking code of your final selections from the Wayfair list as opposed to ordering directly through the Wayfair list itself.

That way we can at least attempt to try to help you by contacting our trade department manager at Wayfair and using the tracking code as proof that you are a client of ours.

This may help pull some strings and help identify her order to our company, although it is not guaranteed it simply depends on your order.

Small sized areas measuring under 250 ft.² are priced at $1175. Standard size areas measuring between 251 and 500 ft.² are appraised at $1475.

How do you present estimates for third-party work such as painters or contractors? . . .

Through estimates provided by the professionals. The estimates are first sent to AID and then from there - sent to the client.

Let us know if you want to do trade only type ordering or standard type ordering.

Trade only tends to be a little bit more expensive but it's recommended for pricier items or heavier items because of the benefits when it comes to returns, installations and deliveries.

However if you are on a budget that cannot include trade only tight pricing for your items, then your purchases will be selected through standard type ordering, aka: similar to how you would order anything else for a project - through stores online or in show rooms locally.

How long does it take to complete a full service interior design project? . . .

3-6 Months, on average.

How Long will it take to receive edits to my purchase order proposal? . . .

Depending on the amount of edits needed, it could be anywhere between 1 and 3 business days.

As many as you need.

How many items are on a purchase order proposal? . . .

Items on purchase order proposals are grouped based on the fact they all align with the clients budget, style preferences, the dimensions allowed for object and are all available around the same delivery time.

How many options of items will I get to see and compare are on a purchase order proposal list? . . .

Standard type ordering:

Since objects purchased through standard type ordering (think on Wayfair or Amazon) have much more selection than trade only catalogs (obviously, the options are endless) you will see more options of these types of items. On average you will receive anywhere from 2 to 10 options per standard type delivery item, since there is more inventory online to show you for your comparison.

Trade type ordering:

These items are pulled from trade only catalogs and are usually seasonal and their collections are often small and sometimes run low in stock. Because of this we can only show as many options that are available so typically you may only see one to three options per trade only type of purchase.

For instance if we are ordering your sofa online you will see more options than if we were ordering your sofa for a trade only type of purchase.

How many purchase order proposals when I have throughout my project? . . .

It depends on the amount of purchases in your project.

Purchase order proposals are presented in groups of 5-20 items, on average.

How many times can I edit my purchase order proposals as a full-service client? . . .

As many as you need.

How are measurements provided to AID for full service interior design? . . .

If you did not start your project with an initial on-site consultation appointment a.k.a. we take the measurements, you will need to provide them yourself.

The instructions for how to take your the dimensions of the project area as well as how to send them to AID is detailed on the new client homepage link.

How should I order my purchases? Through standard type or trade type purchasing? What is the difference? . . .

If you are on a budget no matter what we should probably stick to standard type ordering.

If paying an extra price for groups delivery, white club installation and set up, purchasing in return benefits, item assembly and package removal are worth it for you, and it fits within your budget we always suggest going the trade only ordering route.

You can also be somewhere in the middle between the two options above ordering most of your purchases to standard type ordering and choosing trade only type ordering for large, heavy, expensive or big ticket type items where you want to receive the benefits of returning at no additional cost, group deliveries, installation and package removal for those specific items.

We recommend being somewhere in the middle - as it is both cost-effective when it needs to be, and offers you protections for your larger investments on heavy or more expensive furniture, in the event that it doesn't work out you can easily refund it as opposed to standard type purchases where it's not so easy and you may be charged an additional fee to return (if returns are available). As well for larger items sometimes it is necessary for white glove assistance to be able to deliver it inside the unit and assemble it as well as removal of the packaging.

If I choose full surface interior design, how many revisions can I make to the renderings? . . .

As many as you need.

If I have 1000 square-foot space how much would it cost to complete a full-service interior design project? . . .

Small sized areas like bathrooms and closets sized under 250 ft.² are priced at $1175. Standard sized areas like living rooms and bedrooms between 251 and 500 ft.² are priced at $1475.

If I have one large open area, like an open floor plan concept, how is my full service design project priced based on size? . . .

Even if the rooms don't have physical separation, the pricing guide is still as follows:

Small sized areas under 250 ft.² are billed at $1175. Standard size areas between 251 and 500 ft.² are billed at $1475.

If you were designing a total square footage of 1000 ft.² consisting of main living space like a standard living bedroom or bedroom, it would be $1475 x 2.

If you were designing one small sized area like a closet or a bathroom and one standard sized area like a living room or bedroom the price would be $1175 + $1475.

This is not including the $429 monthly maintenance charge for full service projects billed each month of the project (on the 28th) as long as it continues.

Is assembly included with a standard type deliveries as a full-service client? . . .

Yes and no.

A standard type purchase delivery is anything similar to what you would order online or buy in the show room and schedule for a future delivery to your home. Most orders our standard type orders.

Delivery is not included unless it is offered as an additional upgrade to the product to check out. If it's available, it usually it's offered as front door delivery and/or in home/room delivery with the possible option to include white glove assembly.

Usually these orders will arrive unassembled in cardboard boxes. Larger items may require elevator reservation in condo buildings.

If the product was not offered with the additional assistance of white glove assembly we can arrange for our handy man to come at the hourly rate of $150/hour, minimum of 3 hours.

Is assembly included with trade deliveries as a full-service client? . . .

Yes.

Trade deliveries are grouped in orders based on their similar availability time frames, A.k.a. allowing them to be available during the same time and on the same shipment for delivery. These types of deliveries always have in-home delivery, white glove assembly installation of the objects and package removal included in the price of the purchase order.

Is packaging removal included with a standard type delivery as a full-service client? . . .

No.

If you feel overwhelmed with cardboard or Styrofoam packaging from all your purchases you can request give me an assistance for a two hour minimum to condense and remove all of your packaging to your trash room, or prepare it for outdoor trash pick up service.

Fulll service interior clients benefit from certain elements when it comes to purchasing such as the ability to refuse upon delivery (aka if something comes off the truck and you don't like it you can have them put it back on the truck at no fee and for a full refund, must be done the same day of delivery), as well as assistance with ordering, returns, rescheduling deliveries etc...

What are the “4 Golden Rules” when it comes to selecting purchases? . . .

All The products in a grouped purchase order proposal align with the clients style, budget, dimension allowed per item and are available around the same time - delivery wise.

You will see the items stock photography images, the title/name of the item, the brand its beind sold by, the price, the dimensions, an estimated delivery timeframe and any other details specified.

What if I only want to order some of the items on a purchase order proposal, can I do that? . . .

No problem. You can order either a portion of your purchase order proposal - or the whole thing. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for edit when it comes to sourcing and presenting new options for those you have vetoed.

What if I want to cancel a full service project in the middle of it? . . .

Full service projects are separated into two phases the first phase is to create a phase which is where we come up with your design concept and build it out in 3-D renderings until it's perfect.

Because of this your sign fees are due in two portions: 60% upon the start of your project. 40% due ongside your first purchase order proposal or estimate for labor.

If the client wants to cancel after any design concept of rendering work has been done in the first phase there is no refund allowed but the project is able to be terminated and we will not be charged your additional 40% fee or moved to thr 2nd phase of your project (which is sourcing, ordering and decoration).

Once a project has entered into the second phase and has paid the remaining 40% balance to their design fees their project is not able to be canceled and refunded at any time but can be terminated if the client wishes.

What if I want to return an item as a full-service interior design client? . . .

It depends on how the item was ordered.

The item was ordered through standard take purchasing a return may or may not be available and the client may incur a restocking fee to do so.


What if I’m not there to receive a trade delivery as a full-service client? . . .

It depends on our availablity on the day of your delivery. If this is something you need, please mention to us prior to ordering the purchase order so we can select items based on delivery time frames that match our schedule.

What if a purchase is delivered on a truck, like a sofa, and I want to return upon delivery as a full-service client? (Aka: I don't like it... It's not what I thought or it doesn't fit measurement wise.. put it back on the delivery truck.) . . .

If you purchased through the trade only route, you will enjoy trade only purchase protectioms that include benefits auch as the ability to return upon delivery. Aka if something is getting unloaded off the delivery truck and you don't like it or it gets up to your space and it doesn't fit or is not what you thought it would be they can take it away on the same day of your delivery at no charge.

Standerd type purchases as they get delivered to standard type order and there is nothing that we can do until after the item has already been delivered. Please keep in mind that not all items are able to be returned and some items will incur a restocking fee to be returned it all depends on the terms of service regarding returns for the store that items being purchased from.

This is an overall list that includes all of the planned purchases and design work per room/area.

What is the difference between a trade delivery and a standard delivery? . . .

A trade only type delivery includes items that were selected from trade only catalogs. These types of purchases have much more flexibility when it comes to return as well as are grouped in collective shipments on the same truck delivered on the same day, and include white club assembly and installation, in-home delivery and package removal.

Yes, we have several general contractors that we use and get bids for our projects from. We have 3 to 4 that we use on a regular basis and whomever is available will submit their estimates so our clients can compare the prices between them.

However we also work with our clients own choices of GC's as well.

AKA: If our design style analysis test determined that you like colored sofas..... and you've been verbally telling us you like colored so far.... and you've been showing us examples of images with colored sofas - that's exactly what we will show you in the 3-D renderings and among the items in yourpurchase proposal.
